Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026 · Last updated November 1, 2026

The short version

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Glorich Holdings LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), the company that runs Grow & CEO Academy (the “Academy” or the “school”). They cover the Academy’s website, sales page, lessons, games, planner, community and every other part of the school. By enrolling, creating a student account, spinning the scholarship wheel, or using the school, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Who can enroll

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to enroll, create an account, join the Grow & CEO Society or spin the scholarship wheel. The setup, legal and tax lessons follow United States rules; students outside the U.S. are welcome but should check the rules where they live.

2. What enrollment includes

Enrolling makes you a student of the school. As a student you get access to:

The school is self-paced. There are no deadlines and no required live classes. We may host optional live sessions from time to time, but they are not promised as part of enrollment.

3. Lifetime student access

“Lifetime student access” means you can use the school, including future updates to the lessons, for as long as Grow & CEO Academy is offered as an online school, as long as you follow these Terms. It does not mean you own the school or its content. If we ever stop offering the school, we will give students at least 30 days’ notice by email and a way to save their own saved work (such as planner entries and notes) where possible.

We keep improving the school. We may add, update, reorganize or retire lessons, games and features. We won’t remove the core of what you enrolled for (the four sections of lessons, the Business Checklist and the planner) while the school is offered.

4. Tuition, payment plans and scholarship codes

5. The scholarship wheel

The free spin on the sales page follows the official wheel rules shown there, including the prizes, odds, monthly limits and the one-spin-per-email rule. Winning codes are good for 7 days and work once. Some spins don’t win a code.

6. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of enrolling if you’ve used only a small part of the school. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.

7. Your account

8. Our content and what you may do with it

The lessons, games, planner, checklist, music, videos, images, the bee logo, the Grow & CEO and Plan It Like a CEO™ names, and everything else in the school are owned by Glorich Holdings LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

While you are a student, we give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive permission to use the school for your own learning and your own business. That includes printing or saving your own checklist, planner pages and student ID for your own use. You may not:

8a. No copying to compete

Grow & CEO Academy took years to research, write and build. By enrolling, you agree that you will not, during your enrollment or at any time after it ends:

This does not stop you from starting or running your own business, using what you learned in it, or teaching general business knowledge in your own words and with your own materials. It protects our work, not your future.

Records of your agreement

When you enroll, we keep a record of your name, your email address, the date and time you enrolled and accepted these Terms, the version of the Terms you accepted, your payment record and your activity in the school. You agree that these records may be used as evidence of your agreement and of what you accessed and when.

What happens if this section is broken

Copying or reselling the school’s material is a breach of these Terms and may also infringe our copyrights and trademarks. If it happens, we may immediately end your access without a refund and take legal action. You agree that this kind of breach would cause us harm that money alone may not fix, so we may ask a court for an order to stop it (an injunction), in addition to any other remedy the law allows, including damages, the profits you made from our material, and, to the extent the law allows, our reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs.

9. The Grow & CEO Society and your posts

The Society is a members-only community. By joining, you agree to its community rules, which include being kind and respectful, keeping it about business and growth, no spam or cold selling, protecting everyone’s privacy, sharing only what you have the right to share, and being 18 or older.

You keep ownership of what you post (your words, photos and files). You give us permission to store and show it to other members inside the school so the community can work. We may remove posts, mute or remove members who break the rules, and review reported content. We can read private messages only when one of them is reported to us.

10. Student reviews

Only enrolled students can write a review. When you submit a review, you give us permission to show your review, the display name and business name you chose, your star rating and any photo you add, on our sales page and in our marketing about the school. We approve reviews before they appear, and we don’t edit what you wrote except to remove personal or offensive information. If you received free access through a scholarship, your review will be labeled that way. You can ask us to remove your review at any time by emailing gceoacademy@glorichholdingsllc.com.

11. Education, not professional advice

The school is for education. Lessons about business structures, registration, licenses, taxes, money, insurance, contracts and the law explain how things generally work in the United States so you know what to do and what to ask. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice for your situation. Rules change and differ by state; always confirm with the official agency or a qualified professional before acting.

Examples, stories and characters in the school, including “Lisa,” are fictional or illustrative. We don’t promise any particular result. Your results depend on your idea, effort, market, decisions and many things outside our control.

12. Certificate of Completion

When you finish the school, you can receive a Certificate of Completion from Grow & CEO Academy. It shows you completed our program. It is not accredited, not college credit, and not a professional license. We may cancel a certificate that was earned by misusing the school or faking progress, and you may not alter a certificate or make one for someone who did not earn it.

13. Ending your access

You can stop using the school at any time. We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you break these Terms in a serious or repeated way, for example by sharing your login, copying or reselling the content, harassing members, or using a stolen card. If a payment is reversed or disputed after you’ve used the school, we may pause your access while it is resolved.

14. The school “as is”

We work hard to keep the school running and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren’t responsible for third-party tools, websites or services that lessons mention or link to, including the Resource Library.

15. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Glorich Holdings LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, business or data, that come from using the school or from decisions you make based on it. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about the school is limited to the tuition you paid. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

16. Disagreements and governing law

If something goes wrong, please email us first at gceoacademy@glorichholdingsllc.com so we can try to make it right. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make important changes, we’ll update the date at the top and let students know by email or inside the school. Continuing to use the school after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
