Privacy Policy

- We collect what we need to run the school: your account details, your progress and saved work, what you post, and payment records.
- We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use advertising trackers on our pages.
- We only send you marketing emails if you said yes, and you can unsubscribe any time.
- You can ask to see, fix or delete your information by emailing gceoacademy@glorichholdingsllc.com.
This Privacy Policy explains how Glorich Holdings LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information through Grow & CEO Academy, including our sales page, the scholarship wheel, the online school and the Grow & CEO Society.
1. Information we collect

2. Information saved on your device
Our pages use your browser’s local storage to remember things like your spin result, which game trials you’ve played, and parts of your progress in the school. This information stays on your device. We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and some lessons may show YouTube videos; those services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
3. How we share information
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for others’ advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the school, and only as needed:
- Supabase: student logins, the school database and stored files
- Stripe and Afterpay: payments, payment plans and refunds
- Our email provider: sending and receiving email
- Our website host: delivering the website pages
- Zoom or Google Meet: only if you join an optional live session
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the safety of our students or the public, to prevent fraud, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business (in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information). Your Society posts are visible to other members, and approved reviews are visible to anyone who visits our sales page.
4. Emails we send
We send emails you need about your enrollment, account, purchases and refunds. We send academy news and scholarship dates only if you checked the box asking for them. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also email gceoacademy@glorichholdingsllc.com.
5. How long we keep information
We keep your account, progress and saved work while you are a student so your lifetime student access works. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons (such as payment records). Wheel entries from people who never enroll are kept for up to 2 years to enforce the one-spin rule, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or give you a copy of your saved work. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Email gceoacademy@glorichholdingsllc.com from the email address on your account, and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California and several other U.S. states), you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them as the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
7. Security
We use providers with strong security, limit who on our team can see student information, and protect each student’s data so other students can’t see it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and let us know right away if you notice anything unusual.
8. Children
Grow & CEO Academy is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email gceoacademy@glorichholdingsllc.com and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we make important changes, we’ll update the date at the top and let students know by email or inside the school.
