WIN: I got my EIN today! Took 10 minutes on IRS.gov, exactly like the checklist said. Never paying a website for it.
Alijae YES Priya! That’s a real business milestone. Next stop: business banking.
Grow & CEO Academy is an online school for future CEOs. When you enroll, you become a student of the academy and a member of the Grow & CEO Society. Our hands-on, real-world lessons take you through every step of starting a business, in the right order, so you’re prepared for the real world and ready to lead as a CEO. Learn at your own pace, with lifetime student access.
The internet is full of business advice: a video about LLCs, a post about branding, someone selling a course on ads. None of it tells you what to do first, what to do next, or what you can skip for now.
Do I form the LLC before I build the website? When do I open a bank account? How do I price this?
Grow & CEO Academy puts every step in order, explains each one in plain language, and links it to a checklist so you always know where you are. You stop collecting tips and start building, one lesson at a time.
This school is for you if
It isn’t for you if
Each section ends with a final project, so you finish with real pieces of your business, not just notes.

How do I know if I’m charging enough? I’ve been pricing by what the other lawn guys charge.
Alijae Great question, Tony. Start with your real costs, then add your profit margin. Competitor prices are a reference, not your price. Work through Pricing Strategy in Educate.
Finished my brand kit! Colors, fonts and logo variations are done. Feedback welcome before I build my website.
# general
Keisha Good morning CEOs! What’s everyone working on today?
Tony Finishing my business plan in Create. The executive summary is harder than it looks.
Alijae Write it last, Tony! It’s a summary of everything else.
# accountability
Marcus This week: finish my website pages and test my booking link. Check on me Friday!
Alijae Welcome to the Society! I’m so glad you’re here. If you ever feel stuck, message me or post in Ask the CEO. You’ve got this.
Dana Hey! Saw you’re also working through Educate. Want to be accountability partners?
Private messages are between members only. You can block or report anyone, any time.
Post your top 3 goals for the week.
Share a win, big or small. Got a name? Finished a lesson? It all counts.
One action step, like “Write your one-sentence elevator pitch and post it for feedback.”
These example posts come from the academy’s demo. Real members’ posts stay private to members.
This is part of Lesson 1, word for word from the academy. See how the lessons read before you enroll.
Meet Lisa. She works full-time as a marketing assistant, has a little money in savings, no business experience, and a voice in her head that keeps asking, “Who do you think you are?” She has wanted her own business for years, but she kept waiting until she had more money and more confidence.
When she enrolled in Grow & CEO Academy, she decided to stop waiting. Her goal: start a real business while keeping her day job, and spend less than about $500 to get it off the ground.
Lisa is a fictional student. Her story shows what the journey can look like, not a promise of results.
When most people hear the word CEO, a specific image comes to mind: a corner office, an expensive suit, someone who has already made it. That image is not just incomplete. It is actively harmful to beginner entrepreneurs, because it creates the belief that the title of CEO is something you earn after success, not something you claim before it.
Here is the definition this course operates from:
A CEO is any person who takes full ownership and responsibility for building and running a business.
That is it. There is no revenue threshold. No team size requirement. No age minimum, educational credential, or family background prerequisite.
| Employee identity | CEO identity |
|---|---|
| Waits to be told what to do | Creates the direction |
| Asks for permission | Makes decisions and owns them |
| Avoids risk to maintain security | Calculates risk and moves forward anyway |
| Measures success by hours worked | Measures success by outcomes produced |
| Fears failure as a verdict | Treats failure as data |
| Works in the business | Works on the business |
An entrepreneur is a person who starts something new and takes on the risk of it. A business owner holds the ownership of an operating business. A CEO is the person responsible for the direction and results of the whole organization.
In a large company, three different people might fill these roles. In a one-person business, you fill all of them at once. The title describes responsibility, not size.
Maya runs a one-person cleaning business with $800 a month in sales. Can she be called the CEO?
Yes. The CEO role is about responsibility for direction and results, not revenue or headcount.
Which task is most clearly a CEO task? (a) Cleaning a client’s kitchen. (b) Sending an invoice. (c) Deciding to raise prices for new clients next month.
(c). It sets direction and affects results across the business. (a) is doing the work and (b) is routine operation.
The full lesson continues with a worked example, guided practice and your first deliverable: a role list for your own business.
Keep going
I’ve wanted to be a business owner since 2015. For years I researched everything, and I was always the person people came to for business advice. They all said the same thing: they wanted to start, but didn’t know where to begin, and the good resources cost an arm and a leg.
So I created a school where you can Grow into your CEO mindset, Create your business, products, logo and website, get Educated on taxes, LLCs, your EIN and more, and Overcome the fear of starting.
That last one is personal. For years I didn’t start because I was scared to fail, scared nobody would buy. What finally moved me was knowing that somebody out there needs this.
“Somebody out there needs this. I don’t want money to be the reason you never start.”
That’s why I kept the tuition small. It’s my way of giving back, while still running my business and caring for my family. You shouldn’t have to pay thousands of dollars like a traditional college to learn how to start a business.
Grow & CEO Academy is the brand closest to my heart at Glorich Holdings LLC. This is my school, and I want you to enroll. I want to give you the chance to become a CEO.
Only enrolled students can write a review. Every review here comes from a real student.
Our first students are going through the school now. When they share their thoughts, you’ll read them here in their own words, with their photos. We don’t post made-up reviews.
Students write reviews from inside the academy, under My CEO Progress. Sign in to the academy to add yours.
Our lessons are hands-on and based on the real world, so you’re prepared for what really happens when you start a business, and ready to lead it as a CEO. Tuition is paid once. There are no monthly fees.
As a student, you get
I give out scholarships on my TikTok Lives. If you have a scholarship need, email me at gceoacademy@glorichholdingsllc.com.
Student enrollment, with lifetime student access
or 4 payments of $24.25 with AfterpayChoose Afterpay at checkout. Payments every 2 weeks, if Afterpay approves you.
Have a scholarship code? Enter it in the “Add promotion code” box at checkout.
Enrollment opens soon. Spin the wheel below and we’ll have your scholarship code ready.
Spin the wheel for a scholarship: one free spin could bring your tuition to $27.
7-day refund policy. How it works · Terms
Pay your tuition with a card, or split it into 4 payments with Afterpay. Use your scholarship code if you have one.
Right after checkout, you set up your login and your name. You become a student with your own student ID.
Every lesson, game, the planner and the checklist open right away. Say hello in the Grow & CEO Society.

Enter your email and spin once, free. No purchase needed to spin. Most spins win a scholarship code. Land on Scholarship and your tuition drops from $97 to $27. One spin per email, and codes are good for 7 days.
How to use it: copy your code, tap Enroll now, then paste it into the “Add promotion code” box at checkout.
Preview: the wheel isn’t connected to checkout yet, so this sample code won’t work.
Enroll nowWho can spin: anyone 18 or older. One spin per person and per email address, one time only. After you spin, the wheel won’t spin again for that email. No purchase is needed to spin.
Prizes: most spins win one scholarship code for Grow & CEO Academy tuition. “Better luck next time” doesn’t win a code. The wheel’s slices are the same size, but the chances are not. Here are the real odds:
| Prize | How rare | Price with code | Chance |
|---|
Limits: the biggest prizes have a limit on how many people can win them each month (shown above). When that limit is reached, the slice is skipped and the spin lands on another slice.
Using your code: codes take money off the regular $97 tuition. Each code works once, for one enrollment, and expires 7 days after you spin. Codes can’t be combined with a scholarship price or another code; if the scholarship price is lower, you pay that. Codes have no cash value and can’t be sold or transferred.
Fair play: spins made with fake or duplicate emails may be cancelled. The 7-day refund policy still applies to anything bought with a code.

Look around, read some lessons, play a few games. If within 7 days you decide the school isn’t right for you, ask for a refund. As long as you’ve only used a small part of the school, you get your money back.
It works like returning a video game you barely played. You can try it, but you can’t finish the course and then return it. Here’s what “a small part” means:
To ask for a refund, email gceoacademy@glorichholdingsllc.com with the email you enrolled with.
The 7 days start on the day you enroll. Your progress is saved in your account, so we can check these numbers quickly and fairly.
For anything (questions, scholarships, refunds or help with your account), email gceoacademy@glorichholdingsllc.com.
No. The Create section starts with finding and testing an idea. If you already have one, you’ll check it against real customers before you spend money on it.
No experience needed. The lessons start at the very beginning and explain every term. The school also shows you how to start lean and test before you spend, so you put money in only where it counts.
As long as you need. There are no deadlines and no live classes you have to attend. If you like a goal, the pace planner in My CEO Progress helps you pick a finish date and shows how many lessons a week gets you there.
As a student you get all 148 lessons, the Business Checklist, Plan It Like a CEO, the Game Center, membership in the Grow & CEO Society, CEO Radio, My CEO Progress, your Student ID and your Certificate of Completion. Your student access lasts for life, including future updates to the lessons.
At checkout, choose Afterpay to split the price into 4 payments, every 2 weeks. At the regular $97 tuition that’s about $24.25 per payment. You get full access right away. Afterpay decides who is approved, and its own terms apply.
You have 7 days from enrollment to ask for your money back, as long as you’ve used only a small part of the school:
It’s like returning a game you barely played: enough to try it, not enough to finish it and return it.
To ask for a refund, email gceoacademy@glorichholdingsllc.com.
I give out scholarships on my TikTok Lives, so come to a Live. You can also win one with a free spin of the wheel on this page. If you have a scholarship need, email me at gceoacademy@glorichholdingsllc.com.
It’s the members-only community inside the academy: a feed, group chat and private messages. Every week there’s Monday Goals, Wins Wednesday and a Weekly Challenge to keep you moving. Only enrolled students can see it.
Yes. The academy runs in your web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Your progress is saved to your account, so you can switch devices and pick up where you left off.
No. It’s a Certificate of Completion from Grow & CEO Academy that shows you finished the school. It isn’t college credit or a license.
Yes, but know that the setup, legal and tax lessons follow U.S. rules: LLCs, EINs, IRS taxes and state registration. The mindset, branding, marketing, customer service and launch lessons work anywhere. Afterpay is only available to U.S. customers.
No. The lessons teach how business setup, taxes and registration work in the United States, so you know what to do and what to ask. For decisions about your own situation, the school shows you when to check with a tax professional or attorney.
Spin codes take money off the regular $97 tuition, and each one expires 7 days after you spin. They can’t be combined with a scholarship price. If one is running and it’s lower, you pay that.
